Our Dar es Salaam team works on payment technology for Tanzania’s institutions, professional associations and cooperatives. Each programme has its own participants, service scope and operating arrangements.
CapitalPay International and Capital Pay Software Solutions are incorporated outside South Sudan. They do not operate in South Sudan or hold South Sudan revenue-agency contracts.
Current and former roles
Garang Mayom Malek is President and Chief Executive Officer of CapitalPay International. His previous ownership and executive role at Crawford Capital ended in 2022. Jeremy Momanyi Gisemba has had no interest in Crawford Capital or South Sudan’s Capital Pay Ltd since 2022.
Crawford Capital and South Sudan’s Capital Pay Ltd are distinct from the current International and Software Solutions businesses. Company names, jurisdictions and dates distinguish these businesses and their histories.
Read project charges in their own context
Tanzania’s clearing-agent fees, a platform’s service charge and a South Sudan contract concern different arrangements. The applicable invoice, service agreement and fee schedule establish the calculation for the transaction concerned.
