Read each document for what it establishes
The public discussion of T-CAMS brings together government fee rules, industry explanations and descriptions of the software. Reading them separately makes their relationship easier to understand.
A fee order establishes the terms written into that instrument. An interview records a speaker’s explanation. A programme description sets out the work being undertaken. Each is useful for a different question.

Use the records alongside the transaction
For a practical fee question, the next step is the invoice and applicable service agreement. For a programme question, identify the institution, the service and the current operating arrangement.
Our fee and institutional-role guides bring those questions together in a form that is easier to use.
